The objective of the WINGS program, especially at the Basic Level, is to address the primary accident causal factors that continue to plague the general aviation community in such a way as to try to avoid those accidents.
There are three Levels available in the WINGS program:
Basic WINGS: This level is designed for those pilots who want to establish a recurrent training program that will provide them a higher level of proficiency than merely preparing for a normal Flight Review.
Advanced WINGS: This level is designed for those pilots who want to design a program that will take them a step above the Basic Level.
Master WINGS: This level is designed to give even more flexibility to a pilot’s need for specialized training.

Go ahead an fill in all the ‘My Preferences’ tabs. You can have only one account on FAASafety.gov that is linked to your airman information.
You can click on “Wing User Guide” in the WINGS Window, center page. This will let you read about how the program works. If you click on “My WINGS” this will take you to your WINGS page.
